Sol

For the year 2026 spring equinox issue, allow "Sol" to help focus your review or interview efforts.

Reviews of any subject should include the subject author's name(s), bio, and the title of the work, genre, author image, book image, in addition to the body of the review, which should be no more than 1,000 words. Submit your review as a Word document or PDF. Please check with the editors before submitting interviews: voicesdelaluna22@gmail.com.

Submission Deadlines 

We publish Yanaguana in a Spring/Summer and a Fall/Winter issue. For 2026, because we were slow in getting Yanaguana issue 1 underway, we have pushed back the deadline for the Spring/Summer issue. But we will try to keep to July 15 for the Fall/Winter issue. We will strive to respond to all submissions regarding our decision to accept, but please send us an email if you do not hear from us.

Rights

Yanaguana will notify you if your submission is accepted. If we publish your work we ask that you give us first North American Serial Rights and electronic media rights to your work, and we ask that Yanaguana be acknowledged if the work is subsequently published in book former reprinted in another venue. All rights revert back to author after publication.

Artists whose work is accepted will be celebrated throughYanaguana's social media, but there will be no further remuneration, unless negotiated separately. We are delighted and honored if you also tag Yanaguana in your social media posts upon publication.
